General Data Protection Regulation 2018 Privacy Notice
Your assessment sheet with contact information – name, address, telephone, email – is kept securely. My session notes are kept separately and do not identify you. I store your telephone number on my phone using your initials only. Once our sessions have ended I will delete your telephone number from my phone and delete any emails that we have exchanged. I will keep your notes securely for a period of 7 years following our last session as recommended by the Information Commissioners Office. I have appointed a clinical executor who, in the unfortunate event that I am unable to continue working with you, would have access to your name, telephone number and email address only and would contact you. This privacy notice also forms part of our working agreement together. Please ask me if you have any queries.
